Broken screen on my 13" MBP.
The good and the bad, first the good.
Your ordering and documentation is fantastic. Your service is great, you have been able to supply end users things that the closed Apple controlled ecosystem cannot.
The bad, FedEx here in New Zealand is anything but customer focused, all their processes are to be efficient at the customers expense. This is not unique to this shipment from you.
The product landed in country 5:00a.m. Friday. The tracking system has the product in customs services Monday and Tuesday, finally I decide to call FedEx and find out what the issue was.
The issue is there is $135 duty, okay not an issue for me.
But why did they not put the package on the truck for delivery and collect the duty at delivery?
Why didn't they call me?
Why didn't they email me?
I had to pick up the phone and drive to the FedEx office and pay the duty and pick up the package myself.
Don't ship via FedExp to New Zealand.
