My Problem
Just wanted to take off the bottom of my new MacBook Air to see the inside, as well as my iPhone 4. There were no problems with them. But it's nice to have this so if I do need to get inside anything I have the right drivers to do so.
My Fix
There were no problems with my devices.
My Advice
This is a very high quality product and I love it. But I'll admit I still don't know what the flexible rubber thing is. And nothing on the box or anywhere seems to say what it is.
