My Problem

The home button was snapped in half (glass) and worked only 10% of the time.

My Fix

Perfect - guide was easy to follow and very straightforward. Only criticism would have been that it was hard to work out the best way of using the antistatic mat/strap in Australia - we don't have the same plugs as you guys.

My Advice

Watch out with the battery! if it doesn't move easily, don't keep pulling on the plastic tab. Carefully spludge it off using the thin spludger...
