Difficult
My Problem
broken shattered cracked screen. dropped too many times in an Otter box which is supposed to be protect it but doesn't!
My Fix
took about 2.5 hours. the hardest part was getting the adhesive to melt so the glass could be scraped.
My Advice
also, then reinstalling the 3 cable was difficult but the key was that is doesn't have to go back all the way in.
make sure to keep your screws separated and remember which ones went where. the how to photos are great when dissembling however, harder to know if you are putting the phone back togetehr correctly going backwards.
