The MacBook is almost four years old and needs to make it through the last year of college. The battery would not hold a charge; we ordered a replacement from you.

No problems; battery charged up and all is well!
My Advice
Your site is good but needs to be a little bit more user friendly! We will shop again in the future for parts. One other suggestion; your email had a blank 'from' and you ended up in my spam bucket
