My Problem
Dropped iPhone had a cracked front panel, cheaper to repair than replace. Plus, it's more fun to fix things.
My Fix
Ran into problems when separating the cracked screen from the adhesive, nicked the rubber around the glass panel on the top two corners. Purely cosmetic, not visible when using a case.
My Advice
Be careful not to damage the rubber that surrounds the glass.
