My Problem
No audio on my MacBook Air. I googled the problem and found a number of blogs mentioning that the audio cable was the problem so I went to iFixIt.
My Fix
I completed the repair in 30 minutes following the detailed instructions in your manual. One tight screw slowed me down but I found a way to get it out. It works great now!
My Advice
Before junking a Mac, try to fix it!
