Is there a replacable fuse?
I was using it & the screen went blank & the Sleep lght does not work but I can feel the Hard Drive spinning. Is there a fuse inside?

No fuse, but there is a lightbulb (backlight). That is fluorescent and like all fluorescents has a starter (inverter).
Connect to an external display If you see nothing there it's the GPU/VGC (logic board) but if it looks normal your problem is in the internal display chain. Possible failed parts: display data cable, inverter, backlight or LCD. Shine a light through the back of the screen if you faintly see the desktop that eliminates the cable and LCD and points to inverter or backlight.
