This part is the rear half of the display casing only.

Note: In rare circumstances your MacBook Pro 15" may have a Chi Mei model N154C6 LCD. If you have this LCD, then you need the reverse frame rear display bezel. As far as we know, the only way to tell if you have a Chi Mei LCD is by taking the LCD out of the laptop and looking at the manufacturer sticker on the rear of the LCD.
