Went very well. Everything seems to be working fine now.
My Advice
Yeah, the application of the thermal paste isn't included on the guide. If someone overlooked this during reassembly, then they could be left with serious overheating problems. I would add this step to the guide. Otherwise it worked great! Thanks ifixit!!
