PowerBook G4 Aluminum 15" Parts
The Aluminum 15" PowerBook was Apple's offering to fill the void between the small 12" and huge 17" Aluminum Powerbooks.
Two RAM slots can be stuffed with PC2700 RAM in these machines (except for the 1.67 GHz High-Res) for a memory boost. If you need more headroom, any 9.5mm ATA hard drive will fit in 15" Aluminums.
Sadly, the most commonly-faulty part in these notebooks are the RAM slots. If one or more of your RAM slots does not work, the logic board must be replaced to expand RAM.
