Are you an independent service technician or Apple Authorized Service Center? ¶ 

We want to make your life easier! Our reseller program is easy to join, and has significant benefits:

• Discounted shipping: You pay what we pay UPS or USPS. All handling charges are waived.
• No sales tax.
• 5% global discount to start off with. Rate is negotiable based on quantities.
• Quantity discounts are negotiable for significant volume on many items. Just contact us and we'll be happy to set something up.
• We offer a six month warranty on most products to all our customers. That's double Apple's service parts warranty and something you can pass right along to your customers.
• We cross-reference Apple service part numbers in our database.
• We will waive the re-stocking fee on returns if your customer changes their mind.

Requirements ¶ 

• You must be a Mac or iPod business, or independent service technician.
• You must have a current reseller or sales tax certificate in your state or country.
• You DO NOT have to be Apple certified in any way.
• All products must be resold in accordance with our minimum advertised price (MAP) policy. You may not advertise items for a price lower than what is currently available on iFixit.com.

How do I sign up? ¶ 

• If you haven't already, sign up for an account with us.
• Fax a copy of your reseller certificate with your email written on it to 1-805-456-0741. Or email it! scottd at ifixit.com If you're based in California, we also need a filled-out California Resale Certificate (BOE-230) and a copy of your seller's permit.
• We will upgrade your account status from customer to reseller and email you when we finish processing it.
