iPad 2 GSM SIM Card Replacement

Introduction

Use this guide to remove your SIM card.

What you need

    • Use a SIM eject tool or an uncoiled paperclip to eject the SIM card tray.

    • Pull the SIM tray out of its slot and remove it from the iPad 2.

my iPad 2, labelled as a model A1397, does not appear to have this micro SIM opening. Is there a SIM for GSM and no SIM for CDMA?
