[* black] We had to take care of one more Phillips screw at the bottom, and one near the headphone jack.
[* black] Unplug the two ribbon-cable connectors at the bottom of the phone and one at the battery compartment.
[* black] Note the rubber hole-to-mic sound conduit beneath the logic board. It will probably impede sliding some. Take it off first if you canscrew.
