Sometimes the phone may have to be taken apart to replace damaged parts. This guide will demonstrate how to teardown the device to the motherboard.

Add Note Edit Step 1 — Samsung Rant Motherboard  ¶ 

  • Remove the backplate and battery to the phone.

  • Begin to unscrew the six screws.

  • Remove casing from back of device.

  • Separate the back component of the phone from the keyboard and screen.

  • Expose the middle of the phone and keyboard pad.

  • Expose motherboard
