Samsung SGH-A237 Back Cover Replacement

Introduction

This repair guide shows how to replace the back cover on the Samsung SGH-237 cellphone.

What you need

    • Put the phone face down so that the battery cover is showing.

    • Use your thumb to push the battery cover off.

    • Lift the battery off the device.

    • Remove the five screws with a size 00 screwdriver. There are 4 in the corners and one on the top as shown.

    • Carefully remove the back cover by using the iPod Opening Tool in the slots on the bottom of the device.

    • Note: some force must be applied to remove back cover.
