This guide will show you how to remove and replace the screen for a Motorola V3c.

Add Note Edit Step 1 — Upper Casing (CDMA)  ¶ 

  • Remove the four rubber pieces from the surrounding area of the inner screen.

  • Unscrew the screws with the a T4 screwdriver.

  • Pry the screen open using a plastic spudger,

  • Separate the housing from the screen carefully as the screen and camera are only held on by two ribbons

Add Note Edit Step 4  ¶ 

  • Take the screen housing off

  • A few small pieces may fall out during this step, so take care.

Add Note Edit Step 5 — Camera (CDMA)  ¶ 

  • Pry screen cover off with plastic spudger

  • The screen cover has some adhesive holding it to the screen

  • Remove small black sticker covering the camera ribbon connector

  • Flip over small hinge that cover the camera ribbon connection

Add Note Edit Step 8  ¶ 

  • Pull off the rubber camera cover an camera

  • The camera and camera cover may come off separately or togethel

  • Disconnect the metallic ribbon cover

  • Remove and replace the screen
