On my computer, these weren't Phillips screws, they were T7 Torx heads. So I had to run out and buy a kit with a T7 Torx screwdriver head on it. You should probably add 'T7 Torx Screwdriver' to the list of tools needed to perform the hard drive replacement.

My MBP 4.1 has Torx head screws on the drive retainer bracket, not sure if T6 or T7, but I was able to use the T6 I had for the job without troubles.
