click image to enlarge	Latch (product details: IF121-043) Use your thumbnails to push in and then lift the two fingers of the latch clip over the restraining bar.
	Now use your index fingers' nails to pull at the "elbows" of the clip, rotating it upward approximately 90 degrees, or until the latch pops out
	Insert the new latch by rotating the clip up and pushing the latch into place. Then rotate the clip back down, pushing in at the area where the clip bends around the latch. Make sure to insert the clip fingers back into their slots.
	You have successfully removed the Latch. To reassemble your laptop, simply follow the directions in reverse order.
