Add Note Edit Step 17  ¶ 

  • If you have not already done so, disconnect the hard drive ribbon and PC card cage ribbon from the left side of the logic board.

Add Note Edit Step 18  ¶ 

  • Remove the four Phillips screws from the corners of the PC card cage.

  • The longer screws go on the right side of the PC card cage.

Add Note Edit Step 19  ¶ 

  • In the following step, the connector you disconnected from the underside of the logic board may catch as you're pulling the card cage out. Of course, the same issue may arise when putting a card cage back into the computer.

  • Hold the PC card cage on the left side and pull it out of the computer.
