Add Note Edit Step 1 — Front panel/ Screen Logic Board  ¶ 

  • Using the plastic opening tool, pry off the top faceplate.

  • Place the tool in the small crack that runs along the side of the phone and pry.

  • Using the T6 Torx Screwdriver remove all 4 small screws.

  • Remove silver plate from phone.

  • Using the spudger remove the plastic camera casing

  • Using the iPod Opening Tool remove the yellow flex cable from the green logic board.

  • Use Spudger or hands to detach flex cable from front screen logic board

Add Note Edit Step 7 — Small LCD Display Screen  ¶ 

  • Using the plastic opening tool, lift the small black flap to unlock the screen from the logic board.

  • Using your fingers, carefully pull out the small LCD display screen.
