  • Find a work space that will allow you to take a part the phone. You will need to place the screws in a place where they will be easy found--in order to reassemble.

  • Open the face of the phone.

  • Use a 1.5mm Hex tool to take off the four screws that are located around the face plate.

  • Once the four screws are off, use a flat surfaced tool to click the face-screen cover off.

  • Check in: Once the cover to the face-screen is off, your work area should look like this.

  • Since there is nothing securing the face-screen, all you must do is remove it using your fingers.

  • After the face-screen is off and out of it's casing, you may replace it with one that works.
