Add Note Edit Step 5  ¶

  • Turn the phone to the right side or whatever position works best for using the spudger.

  • Insert the spudger between the chassis and screen.

  • Once the phone and chassis begin to separate, move the spudger around the whole phone to further unseat the phone.

  • Using the spudger for leverage, pry the chassis away from the rest of the phone.

    • This may take much more force than seems safe, but keep at it until the chassis begins to detach.

    • The volume control tab will fall off during removal. Do not worry when it does, it can be easily reattached.
