Top Control Panel

Examine device, locating all screws.

Approach device from the top, looking at the top control panel, containing Play, Pause, and Stop functions.

Remove the 5 small black screws along the edges of the aforementioned control panel.

Wedge a small flathead screwdriver around the edges of the panel, loosening all edges until the panel pops away from the device.

Locate the blue circuit strip along the underside of the top control panel and disconnect it from the inner components of the device.

Remove the top control panel from the device.
