The tools are common household items and the process doesn’t take long. One thing the fixer needs to notice is that the toilet bowl in this guide is a one-piece, which means there is no need to remove the water tank from the toilet bowl. If you are using a two-piece toilet, you need to remove water tank first, and then remove the bowl.

    • Turn off the water supply.

    • The switch of water supply may locate differently depends on different pipe structure. Find it either left or right of toilet bowl on the floor.

    • Flush the toilet in order to empty the water tank and the bowl.

    • Find the floor bolts and remove the decorative cap off the bolts.

    • Remove the bolts with a wrench.
