The speaker Is easily removed once the chassis has been taken off of the phone

This guide will help you get to the speaker, in case it needs to be replaced

Turn the phone to the right side or whatever position works best for using the spudger.
Insert the spudger between the chassis and screen.
Once the phone and chassis begin to separate, move the spudger around the whole phone to further unseat the phone.
Using the spudger for leverage, pry the chassis away from the rest of the phone.
This may take much more force than seems safe, but keep at it until the chassis begins to detach.
The volume control tab will fall off during removal. Do not worry when it does, it can be easily reattached.
