Hi if I replace the ink cartridge with a refill the printer has an error message E16 which I know means cartridge is out of ink. How do I override this message to keep printing. I have a Canon TS3360. Jenny.

My Pixma TS3300 printer is giving an error message E14 since I replaced the empty cartridges with new 245XL and 246XL cartridges. These should be compatible but aren't working. Please help!
