Identification ¶
Determining which model of the iBook you have can be a challenge. The same model numbers can have a variety of processor configurations. Even if you think you know exactly which iBook you have, a quick trip through the laptop identification system can't hurt.
Model History ¶
Established in 1999, the iBook line complemented the professional PowerBook by offering a different look and more limited functionality, as well as a lower price.
