Introduction
This guide will help you replace the fan and heat sink component of your laptop. You may want to do this if you notice the fan stop working. Be sure to follow this guide in a well lit room on a flat surface. Acquire the necessary tools before hand and have a cup or a magnetic plate to keep track of all the screws.

Unscrew the ten 10mm Phillips #0 screws.

Use the plastic opening tool along the side of the laptop to pry open.
