iPod Unrecognized By PC

I have an Ipod classic video, I have been trying to connected to my computer but my pc indicates that is an unknown device.I had ran the iTunes Diagnostic system and this is what was indicated.

I would try connecting it to another computer and see if it gives the same response. If so, there is a problem with the iPod. Otherwise, it's some sort of conflict on your PC.

You could always reset the iPod
