Trish Hi guys!
I dropped my ipod yesterday when getting out of the car. It now only starts up once in a while (mb 1 in 40 tries) - otherwise it shows a sad ipod icon. Does anyone know what the problem might be? Maybe a loose cable? Your help would be really appreciated! Thanks in advanced.

Could you please show a screen of that?

vernon I see that with three IPODs in my store, the problem is with the hard drive, doest work, must be replace.
