Macbook CoreDuo and 802.11n upgrade

Hi Guys!

Anyone upgrade their Macbook Core Duo (1.83ghz) with a 802.11n Card AFTER they've upgraded to Snow Leopard?

I upgrade to Snow Leopard and installed an 802.11n card but my Macbook only sees it as a G card.

Here is what my Profiler says:

Locale: Unknown

Status: Connected

Did I get a bad card? They did tell me it was refurbished though.

Core duo does not support 802.11- n only core 2(TWO) Duo does
