Hi,

I was just given a defective Powerbook G4 17" 1.3GHz. When turned, the computer beeps 3 times.

I swapped the ram, put just on in on either slots, put an all different memory that I had, all to no available. I suspect that the 2 memory slots failed.

Is there a way to easily fix the problem. What would be the part to replace and how much would it cost me?
