My ipod got washed in the washing machine and has been not working from the past 2 months. Please help me by making my ipod work.

It will not work. Ever. If it was in for a full cycle with soap, there is no recovery - Especially because it has been two months since it happened.
If it was just exposed to water, you might have been able to fix it by drawing out the water by putting it in a bag of rice.
But with soap, the logic board is definitely gone, and the battery is dead. Along with the backlight.
