i fixed my problem i think, this is where i found my issue http://www.appleinsider.com/articles/07/...
my advice to anyone who may have this same problem is bring out the soldering iron and get ready to hate life for a while... this(referring to the info at the website if found my issue at) along with the data loss problem with the new os apple released. makes me rethink my statement that apple is built with tape glue and headaches, let me add lies and deceit to that, i think ill stick with building my own comp. and running Linux.
p.s. make sure to try resetting the pmu and letting the comp. sit not plugged in with no battery in it for a few hours, then try booting before you break open the comp. and get dirty with the soldering iron. you could save your self from having to remove about 50 something screws and buying new thermal paste
