how do i fix the wheel
-doesn't scroll
-and the buttons dont work
can any one help me????

that happened to one of my friends. She had to go to where she bought it and they gave her a new one, but you have to have everything it came with. Including all papers.

ifixit has a tear down of the 3rd gen ipod, if i remember correctly the wheel plugs into the logic board through ribbon cable (every thing apple is held together with tape glue and headache) buy a replacement wheel it should be an easy fix,... well its never that easy to open an ipod but beyond that....
