Has ANYONE seen this problem??
Settings > General > Reset > *Erase All Content and Settings*
Does anyone know how to restore the iPhone after this has been done right now it is stuck on the start screen with the apple logo and time circle and will not go any further can someone help me please.

Have you held down the home button while holding down the on/off button for 5-8 seconds? This is often a quick and simple soft reset.

Yeah I tried that and then tried hooking it up to itunes to restore it buut no luck it is still stuck at the start up screen with a time circle
