Today is 7 October! I made the order about a month ago.

The last result is "Bullet Into Foreign Customs, September 29, 2009, 3:08 am, PORTUGAL"

I sincerely believe that something is not right, or the order was stolen or disappeared in my opinion!

You should at least see what´s happening or try to see where are the products right now.

What i am thinking it´s that united states postal services sucks!

I recomend you starting work with a better transporter like UPS DHL FEDEX or something like that!

And clear that if I did not need the products not annoy you with this.

The problem is that i paid and don´t have nothing a month later.

I sincerely hope i get what I ordered.

I am very sorry about the hassle with your order. According to the tracking information, your order is still being processed by the customs office in your country. I do not think your order is lost, but rather your customs office is taking longer than average to process your shipment. The majority of the time that a package is held for this long, it ends up being delivered just fine. Thank you for your patience in this matter and please be assured that if your package is not delivered properly, we will do everything to make sure the matter is resolved. Who are my customs office for contact them?

Is unacceptable that this is in process from the past 29 September...

I checked your tracking information this morning and it appears your package is finally out of the customs office. You should expect your package in the next several days. Again, I am sorry that there was such a delay with your order.

I'am also from Portugal, and I hgave ordered the same product for the iphone and it only taked one week to receive the order.

I guess I had lucky with the custom office, but I know that sometimes they delay more than it should.

Good luck in your repair.

I followed strictly the tutorial of ifixit with the video on youtube.

Just carefull at begining when oppening, just 45 degrees to disconect the cables before split the two parts.

Again, when heating to get the glue, carefull to not damage a thin rubber.

Finally with me the only problem was GPS signal. My GPS now rarely gets a good signal, I don't know if I have damaged anything.
