I'm looking for a screen case. My aluminium screen case has been hit and now it has a dent.
As well, I would like to have a guide to disassemble the screen, because there is no teardowns from the MacBook Pro Unibody screen.
I would be very thankful for any help, because in an Apple shop they told me it may cost about 200 €, and I think it's too expensive (even it's an Apple product...)

Brady Cabe Unfortunately, there is no teardown or guide available because there is not a feasible method of opening the display assembly without breaking the glass. I am sorry about this situation. If we find a way to open it easily, we will do our best to make the information public.

Grard92 That's a bad notice.. but I thank your for your answer.
On the other hand, there is not any screen case piece to buy, so it seems that I should go to Apple Store; but I hope you will find a way to repair this type of "disaster".

matthewfrey Apple Only offers the entire clamshell as a service part - individual parts for the display are not offered.- as mentioned, once that glass gets glued on - good luck..
