Will upgrading to Snow Leopard allow me to add & use more RAM in my MacBook Pro, I currently have 2GB installed?
Also will I see any benefits of 64 bit processing.
I have recently upgraded the HD following the ifixit guide but if I need more speed (I am a video editor) will I need a new machine?

wigadore MacBooks are not capable to run 64bit OS it seems. I have a MacBook Pro and I can only run the OS at 32 Bit I have been told. 64Bit will not make you any faster with speed other then the OS is better tuned, so if you need speed you need a newer machine.
