I recently cracked the glass on my iPod Touch 2G. Found the replacement parts here but haven't found a guide yet for taking it apart to make the replacement. Anyone know a link and would like to share it?

Also, the Lock button on the iPod Touch stopped working at about the same time. Any pointers on fixing that? It isn't a show stopper, I get along well without it but I sure do miss being able to lock the screen at will rather than waiting for it to time out.
