I had that problem occasionally and the solution was rather simple. The error stopped after I began to restart my phone once per week or so. I download and try out a lot of apps, and I noticed that the phone would get slower and slower thru the week and then begin to have issues. Once I began restarting it (and don't mess with so many apps) things work perfectly.
