Don't hold me to this, but you might have to take the logic board out of the laptop, and see if it would fall out of the laptop that way. Is it genuinely stuck fast inside the audio jack itself, or is it just inside the audio jack and stuck behind the laptop's outer chassis? I strongly advise against using superglue, chances are that that will make your removal tool get stuck inside the audio jack; or, the glue will leak on physical contact and literally seal the jack inside the MacBook. If you know how to take out the logic board, try that and see if it will fall out on it's own.
