Hi All,

Im wondering if there are any macbook pro users out there that have encountered this same issue I am having with my top case.

I have had my macbook pro now for a couple of years and recently the upper left side, above the charging port, of my top case has separated and lifted up. There is now a good couple of mm gap there, which i have just stuck down with tape.

I have come to the point where I want to attempt to take the top case off and just glue that part down but I'm worried, after reading all the bad stories that my mac might not assemble together again.

Has anyone had this issue and how have they fixed it?
