Ouch....I upgraded ram and noticed floating plastic parts in the ram bay. Ram now reads 1 gig, not the 2 gigs I inserted.

When putting battery back, that wonderful plastic part snapped. Mac still works but for how long???

1. So, any hints to get the battery out without trashing the entire bottom of the Mac?

2. Any hints on rebuilding the top ram clip?
