i have another question to ask you about MacBook pro A1211 Laptop

My laptop saids the following

Format : Mac OS Exteneded (Journaled)

Interface Serial ATA

CAPACITY" 111.47 GB

Available:75.04 GB

Used : 36.43 GB

File Count: 515,593

My qestion is what does this all mean is the Serial ATA is the Internal hard drive and the format it write it self on is Mac OS Exteneded ( Journaled ) Cam you help me figure this out thanks again from Jewell Bunch III

The hard drive is connected through a Serial ATA cable, yes. The drive is formatted as Mac OS Extended (Journaled), which is technically called hfs+ with journaling enabled.

SO IF YOU ARE SAYING IF I WANTED TO UPGRADE MY INERNAL HARD DRIVE I WOULD NEED A ATA INTERNAL HARD DRIVE OR CAN I GO TO BEST BUY AND THEY CAN DO IT FOR ME COPY ALL OF MY FILES AND PROGRAMS OVER TO MY NEW INTERNAL HARD DRIVE I JUST HAVE TO BUY IT AND THEY CAN DO THE REST THANKS FOR THE INFORMATION
