Interesting question. I would check with your part supplier on this. It is possible that the fan you got is not for your mini model. It could be one of two things, either your supplier has provided you the incorrect fan (twice), or they gave you a broken fan (twice). Neither seem very likely, but with your troubleshooting, thats what your left with. Hope this helps.
