is there a guide for replacing the keyboard on 2008 model of MacBook White?

Selice,

The keyboard is not removable from the upper case. It comes as one unit.

Having that said, the process is exactly the same as the earlier models for replacing the upper case. Here is a link for the upper case replacement.
