Superglue is not a bad idea, but a little risky.

The one time I had the same problem, I drilled with a 1 millimeter drill a bit in the stuck part, not too much. (Battery and power cord out - of cause.)

Then I used superglue on the used drill, made it stick with the hole in the broken bit, waited the half hour - and pulled the bit safely out.
