My Problem
Customer had filled the original 80GB hard drive and when started would only get rotating wheel and it would not boot to desktop.
My Fix
The process went fine, however I ordered the wrong 120GB hard drive which was for the next generation of MacBook Air which had a different ZIF connector, but I reordered the correct drive and the installation went just fine.
My Advice
When doing this repair make sure the hard drive is the correct one for the model and take your time putting it back together.
